Alloxentric was founded in Chile in 2019 by Max Kreimerman (CEO) who has more than 25 years of professional experience, of which 21 have been developed in five startups in the Latin America and US regions.
Alloxentric is an all-channel and modular communications platform, harnessing AI, enabling companies to optimise and improve their communications with their customers. It reconciles all communication mediums, text and voice, into one platform and allows companies to record, automate and analyse all their customer communications.
Alloxentric is looking to disrupt the customer service space. There is a lot of waste, customer effort and misery, and not enough thought about the experiences we create for customers. Alloxentric's strategy focuses on high population emerging markets. These markets have huge volumes of communications, are struggling to reduce costs and have a significant instability in their Internet connections. These areas have also been very under-served in regard to customised voice and NLU. Alloxentric is based and servicing clients in Chile and has recently expanded to Mexico.
