🚀 RLC Ventures EIS Fund
We are delighted to announce the launch of our 2021 EIS Fund.
The 2021 RLC Ventures EIS Fund will offer investors exposure to 10-15+ UK Software companies, with global reach from day 1.
The EIS Fund will opportunistically back RLC Portfolio winners as well as new opportunities at a slightly later stage.
🛍️ Welcoming Pandme
📣 We are excited to announce our investment in Pandme, an AI-driven personal shopping assistant
Pandme is transforming the way consumers shop by building a personal shopping assistant that utilises AI and shopping experts to search the internet to find the best value item for an individual, tailored to their request. Ultimately, reducing the time taken to make a purchase decision from 4+ hours to 4 minutes.
- 🌱 £250K Pre-Seed Round
- 🥇RLC Ventures led the round, with participation from existing investors, including TechStars
- 🧑Exceptional founder-market fit, with Serhat having launched Google Shopping in 4 countries. The wider team have a great combination of founder, fintech, and data engineering experience
- 📈 Strong traction and exciting product developments
With strong growth metrics over the past 6 months and an ambitious roadmap ahead, we are excited to be joining them on their journey.
🏅 EISA Awards 2021 Shortlist
We are thrilled to have been selected in the shortlist for the "Best SEIS Investment Manager" category. Having recently closed our latest SEIS fund, it is fantastic to see our hard work in this space be recognised; and we are excited to continue backing transformative startups through the A3 RLC Ventures Fund.

🌱 Portfolio Updates
One of the advantages of having a large (and growing) portfolio is the diversity and range of experience across each founding team. At RLC, we are proud of the strong community we have built amongst our portfolio founders, and their willingness to leverage their experiences to help each other.
For any new business, runway and cash preservation in the first 12-18 months is extremely important. As such, Anthony Peake (CEO, Intelligent AI) kindly delivered a grants workshop to the rest of the RLC portfolio founders, having successfully secured £500K+ in grant funding himself.
A special thanks to Anthony for delivering a fantastic workshop, with many more insightful portfolio workshops to come.
